Hola! ![]()
As you might have noticed, with the move to the monorepo—which we took as an opportunity to implement continuous releasing—there are a lot of improvements, fixes, and new features going out every day. This is good (Tuist keeps getting better), but it creates a new problem: it makes it a bit more difficult to keep up with everything.
At the same time, we’ve been thinking for a while about the role of “Swift Stories,” which some of you enjoyed reading. However, we realized the audience of the newsletter overlapped strongly with Tuist users, so we thought, why not iterate on it to be a newsletter focused on what’s happening with Tuist—like PostHog does with their newsletter “Product for Engineers”? At the end of the day, there are many awesome community newsletters out there curating community content, so we wouldn’t be able to provide much more value than them.
Therefore, we’ve decided to evolve “Swift Stories” into “Tuist Digest.” The idea is simple: at the end of every cycle, we’ll send you a curated digest with the most relevant updates in Tuist so you can stay on top of what’s happening. We’ll also talk about the future and what’s coming, which is something we learned you like too. You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time, and we promise it’ll be quality content. We’ll use LLMs to help gather information, but we’ll do the writing work to ensure the content has personality and contains the right information you need. Your time is very limited, so we’ll make sure we won’t waste it.
If this sounds interesting, you can subscribe using this link. Just submit your email and confirm using the email you’ll receive.
If you have ideas for topics you’d like us to touch on, we’re all ears. The format is still a bit up in the air, which means it’s a perfect opportunity to explore new things.
