I came across this resource and it’s one the best literature on the supply-chain of AI that I’ve seen. As consumers of a piece of technology, whether that is AI through ChatGPT-like interfaces or an Alexa speaker, we are completely detached in time and space from what has taken to produce it. One of the numbers that got my attention is that some tech companies have supply chains that would take them a few years to fully understand.

Things that I found useful:
I noticed the JS community, and in particular the Vue ecosystem, builds many of these tools (e.g. Elk), which add value through a better interface.
I wonder if this is a similar path we’d like to explore, from a marketing standpoint (i.e. a better frontend to existing tools). Perhaps once we have our design system available as web components?
