Worthy five suggestions

As part of our Swift Stories newsletter, we have a section called “Worthy five” to showcase folks from the Swift community (and beyond) and get their recommendations for what they have been enjoying lately.

The first person we interviewed was @jdx, a creator of mise. We pride ourselves in being community-led and our newsletter is no exception.

Therefore, if you have suggestions for folks who you think would be interesting to interview as part of the newsletter, let us know in this post.

My first suggestion is Daniel Devesa Derksen-Staats who probably knows more about accessibility on Apple platforms than almost anybody else in the community.

A few that come to mind:

  • Keith Smiley - Knowledgeable in a lot of lower-level Xcode stuff. I bet he’d have some interesting links to share.
  • Brentley Jones - Similar to Keith, lots of low-level Xcode build knowledge. Also a big Bazel proponent if you’re ever looking for views from another perspective on Xcode building at scale.
  • Fedor Korotkov - Founder of Cirrus Labs, makers of Tart and Cirrus CI.
  • Tim Sutton - Knowledgable in macOS automation. Currently doing CI/CD infrastructure for iOS devs at Block (Square, Cash App, etc.).

Thanks @hisaac! Those are all great suggestions, I’m sure we’ll be eventually able to interview all of them as we push out new issues :relieved:

I’d like to propose another candidate for the interview: Marcel. A designed turned into programmer and his apps look beautiful.
